I also have a large bobble head (I'm 6'4") and the fiberglass helmet has more than enough space for me. Mine holds 3 fans on it and I never feel like the helmet it tight on my head.

I'd love to see a photo of the inside of your helmet. I'm trying to figure out the best configuration for mounting a fan system, and I bet seeing yours could help all of us.

This is a quick pasting of generic squirrel fans which I placed in a picture to show the approximate placement of my fans. Each one is running on a 9-volt with an on/off switch. I have one above my visor blowing down towards my nose (this dries my eyes but it's worth it). I then have 2 each blowing upwards along the ridges on the front of the mask. These just give a sense of air movement and I've also placed a small piece of padding on the top which helps keep the helmet about a milimeter off my shoulders. This space allows for enough air to be sucked up by the front fans and circulates the air around. I'll be honest...it's warm in the bucket and with 3 fans I can't talk, or hear other people, but it's a tradeoff I'm willing to make.

Seriously, check into the Myhandycooler, it works amazingly.. Just attach some hoses and a harness of some sort... it keeps fresh air pumping in all troop.
