Gruff's ROTJ Build (Completed and Approved 1st March 2015)
Re: Gruff's ROTJ Build - Updated 9th July, 2014
Could someone instruct me on what FP is? I know it's an acronym for something, but I can't figure it out. I know of a CP, but they probably aren't the same thing. And those boots look really nice. I've actually been looking at the same ones. Are they a nice fit? And since I'm a size 10 mens, I'm assuming I would have to get a size 12 womens if I were to purchase the same pair of boots.

We try and keep full vendor names off the boards (just in case there are any issues). Pming the information is generally a better idea

What issues would arise from saying a vendor name? I apologize. but I didn't see anything mentioned on these forums that we can't use vendor names. Sorry again.

Not a massive problem, most of us have done it without knowing (most detachments adhere to it as a general guideline). I'll PM you more information when I can laterBouri-Plwel wrote:What issues would arise from saying a vendor name? Re: Gruff's ROTJ Build - Updated 20th August, 2014
Work on the fiberglass monstrosity of a helmet has begun. It was so bad I almost threw it away. Eventually I will replace it.
First, had to get all that horrible snakeskin enamel off (That's not me in the pic, lol, it's my 2yo son).

Then, reshaping with a heat gun, sanding and 2nd application of bog.

Some more sanding. It's starting to look a lot better. It's not 100%, but I don't think it ever will be.

I had to have the robes altered for length and the belt/sash stiched properly. Robes are finally back from seamstress aftre 12 weeks. Sash is not right though, so now I have to try and fix it myself. GGGRRRRRRR.

Congrats on the approval.
It'll be my turn to do all the worrying and stressing in August or so (when my Robes are done).
Again, congrats.
