Have we ever discussed the arc caster for guards?

The footnote mentions they are carried by guards in Star Wars Battlefront: Elite Squadron

Some YouTube shows the guards in Star Wars Battlefront: Elite Squadron are TFU-type armoured red guards.

Some reference pic googling suggests the weapon is like an ROTJ E-11, with or without a scope:
