Shadow guard vambraces help

Hey everybody,
so, I got Walt's shadow guard armor. I'm pretty intimidated by the vambraces. My understanding is that they need to be seamless, and they didn't come with cover strips (my understanding is they don't?).
Anyways, how did you guys handle your vambraces? Are there any good DIY instructionals out there? I've been browsing around and can't find anything? What glue did you use? how did you make the cover strips? etc?

So this simple route on this is you can you plastic signs sold at hardware store to use as under strips in the inside. Use e6000 to bond them. As this will give you some play to adjust. Aftereise use bondo to seamless the outside. Prime and paint.
