Actualy both.

The 501st GML says that the approvel should be on detatchment site, so thats why I post It here.
And to the Approvel of the costume, yes I am the Danish Garrison GML, and I Post It here to get it approved, because there is no CRL ready yet for this costume.

You still submit it to your GML in your Garrison. If they support it, they send it to the 'GML Boards' on the main 501st forums. Then you wait, who knows how long, for the Detachment Leader to approve, or decline it.

You should have access to the GML forums on the main 501st forums, which is where to post such approval requests
