I really need to rebuild my costume and need some questions answered.

How is everyone cutting this pattern?
I have seen the pattern, but how is everyone printing it large enough to use on the fabric? Or are you just sketching it yourselves? Is there a file good enough to take to a print shop?

On fabric, I've seen gabardine suggested for the inner fabric in many posts piste the CSL. Are there other fabrics not permitted outside what the CSL states? I used panne velvet (not crushed) on my original inner robe and it worked great.

Has anyone used polyester suit linings for the interior of their outer robes? I used some that matched my inner robes in terms of color. It moves well over the inner robes. Thoughts?

Do you have a photo of said suit lining? The lining on the outer robes needs to match the inner robes.
