Does anybody know if the cosplaysky royal guard would be a good starting point for a new costume

At this Time COSPLAYSKY is not acceptable as an accurate version of the costume due to the way that it is cut and not enough photos of the costume.

I have a set it will take a lot of work to get them approved. I decided to start over & keep for backup.

Custom Props on eBay should be easily approvable. A bit more expensive than cosplaysky, obviously, but spot on.
Contact him outside of eBay, mention how much you like his work and you are trying for 501 etc. and he should cut you a deal of some sort. You save him the eBay fees, he should save you some cash also.
