Outer and inner cloak question?

As for outer and inner cloaks, I found this and I was wondering if this would be acceptable for 501st?

This vendor does not meet the current standards place for the costume for 501st. There are inner robe inconsistencies.

There are some problems with this costume.
It wont get you in the 501st.
Please leave it alone.
