The Belt is your standard Imperial Buckle. Tandy Leather 2 inch Buckle Plate with Imperial Disk Greeblies. The kama is pretty much like a half Skirt pattern. It needs to meet your side seam of your flight suit.

so do you put the lines in the belt yourself or can you but the belt like that ? I've only seen "clean" no lines in belts

the lines can be hammered in with a leather tool.

If you can get to your local Tandy Leather shop, ask them to demonstrate the use of the Saddle stitching Groover or the Adjustable Edge Creaser or the Swivel knife w/ Boarder Tool.
All will give you the line at the edge of the belt but yield a slightly different look. Personally, I like the Groover as it creates a sharper, wider, more noticeable line.

Also ask for:
Item #11688-00 Rectangle 2" Buckle Blank
Item #4535-00 or #4536-00 2" Heavy Weight Leather Strip 50" or 72" long
Black dye and Finish.

If anyone is in the San Francisco, CA area I'd be happy to host a class on this provided you bring materials.
