I have a boot question.

I have a friend who is looking into a TR build soon, and she has been lurking on the forums here for a while. She wants to go with red boots, and has found this pair

They have a seam that runs down the front to the toe, and I don't know if that will fly. What are your thoughts on them?

This may have gotten lost in the shuffle. Are these boots approvable?

The boots shouldn't have a seam running down the middle of them for approval purposes
