Is this a suitable outer robe?

Hey guys. Once again I'm on the hunt for pieces of my build. Just looking for anything to make the path a little easier. I found an outer robe on the net recently. Its bright velvet and I was wondering if it was worth a shot investing in it so I can begin the possible tweaking process to my other components. Without seeing the fit on you specifically, it is hard to say. Also, as a point of interest, this outer cloak is done in an episode 3 configuration, not an episode 2 configuration.

It looks like from this picture that it's lined in red silk, which is not in line with the CRLs. Lining must be burgundy/dark purple. I am not a sewing person, but I would think that switching out the lining in going to be a major hassle...

Agreed. If that is lined with red silk, it is not approvable for membership.
