Can't tell for sure from the small picture of the outer cloak...

Is that a collar?

Is it velvet/velveteen?

Has it been lined with the correct material?

These are all matters that will need to be addressed before approval.

The spike area for the forcepike needs some work... this looks more like a medieval mace than a forcepike... it could also be construed as a real weapon and could be potentially a problem at events.
