FAC for a Helmet?

Post by Vlade »

I've been poking around the FISD forums and one thread was talking about where to buy Snowtrooper helmets. Our FISD brethren recommended checking out FAC . Several people had great things to say about them, so I went and looked at the gallery and saw royal guard images.

I emailed them about costs and material for a guard helmet, but I wanted to see if any of you guardsmen had prior dealings or had information about them. They say that they do custom orders and I thought it might be a great way to cut down on shipping for U.S. based guards. I'll let you know what info they send my way too.

TL;DR: Possible US source of helmets FAC. Want to know if anyone knows anything about them.

I have a scout from mc. Expect to wait a little bit longer before you get what you ordered.
Those are nice people FAC but they have a lot of work to do.

FAC does great work on everything, but they take absolutely forever. I have a shadow scout helmet and a complete TK from them. Excellent quality.

i have a snowtrooper/gunner/tie from mc and he has the most accurate non-tk kits available. He does take forever though.

Expect to wait at the very least a week for an email response and 8-12 months for your order.

I've never seen one of their guard helmets but I've seen their other work and it's great but like everybody else said...it'll take a long time to get it (but you will get it).
