Thanks. I used the same paint and clear cote on my Vader lid. Am happy with the results. The visor is in and just a bit more work to do.

Visor is in and we did a suit up. Need to work on fan placement, the inner robe seems to be smothering them. Am going to put a couple of fans in the helmet.

The helmet Looks a Little bit orange in the light you made the Fotos.

I promise it's red. Not sure what was up with the lighting. If you look close the helmet seems to be 2-tone, red in places and orange in others.

Take pictures for approval in natural lightning so it looks more red.
And maybe darken the visor a little bit more.

As suggested I took some pics outside. I think the helmet color is very close. On a side note the hearing amplifier I got for my wife is great. When we did her first suit up she could hear normal speech very well. Today we didn't use it and she couldn't hear me even when I raised my voice. I highly recommend it.

Looks much better now. Thanks for the tip with the hearing amplifier.

For you guys in the US I noticed that Harbor Freight had a hearing amp that looked like the one I bought at a much better price. If you have one near by you might check it out.
