Looking good so far. The only thing I might suggest would be getting your outer cloak hemmed up just a touch. It shouldn't be dragging on the ground and at it's current length it is a tripping hazzard.

Yep. I noticed the length when I put it on for these photos. It's a hair long. A simple hemming will sort it out.
