Initial thoughts....
Outer cloak looks good... Can't see how long it is though....
Inner Robert is too short, should be down to just below the ankle.... and the wrong colour, it should be burgundy or dark purple, not nearly the same red as the outer cloak.
The belt is decent other that the ribbon in the middle should not be shiny fabric, it should be a minimum of the same fabric as the rest of the belt.

IMHO, the inner robe color looks like burgundy to me and is a different color then the outer robe. The only issue I really see with it is that it's a little too short. Outer robe looks great, but need to see the length on it.
