I agree on making the visor darker, but it looks like the helmet needs to also be reprinted to better match the color of the outer cloak... One is a crimson red and the other is a flame red.... Stands out quite a lot to me...

I agree that the colors don't match. There aren't many different red velvets available in Canada... and we bought the helmet already painted.

On the other hand, the colors of the robe and helmet also don't match in the CRL, and many of the pictures of members in the 501st gallery show much more color difference, so it did not seem like a major issue...

Actually, the CRL is pretty vague on colours. For the inner lining "burgundy or dark purple" covers a wide range of colours. :|

Well, no time to repaint the helmet before the weekend anyway, so she'll wear that version to ComicCon and see if it "passes".

Its not a deal breaker. Fabrics and Plastics have very different looks when being photo graphed.

It's one of those things when it comes to being photographed. Does it look okay in person? Then great. It would be nice to have them look similar in photos but there is really not much you can do about that sometimes.
