Outer Robe Pattern
Outer Robe Pattern
Once again I'm after a wee favour!
I have seen patterns for the inner robes alongwith a lot of excellent material searches for the inner and outer robes.
A very talented lady on the UK.Garrison forums will be starting my Senate Guard robes in the next month or so and I can't wait. She also has a couple of folk waiting in the wings to have Royal Guard robes made once Fran gets the time in her busy schedule(she is also about to sit her final doctor medical exams).
I was hoping that someone had a pattern for the outer robes of our Royal Guard costumes that you would'nt mind letting her have and in doing so I am hoping that she would be able to adapt the pattern to use for my Senate Guard.
Many thanks for any hints/tips and advice guys!
Iain.

Re: Outer Robe Pattern
The outer robes on the EP3 guard and Senate guard are a simple )----Neck----( pattern

Re: Outer Robe Pattern
Sorry to hijack, but I've been through eveything else on here. Does anyone have an actual pattern for the outer robe that I could have? Once I have one I'll be pretty much sorted.
Many thanks
Kram

Re: Outer Robe Pattern
It all depends on which version of the guard on which pattern you use.

Think the AOTC version is most likely

I'll second that one guys!1
Have a very talented seamstress about to start my Senate Guard robes and all we're missing is an actual pattern for the robes.

Re: Outer Robe Pattern
Does anyone has a link to a pattern out there? I am only about 5' 1" and looking to make a ROTJ RG but have no clue on the outer robe pattern or amount on fabric needed.

I'm trying to convince my seamstress to put the AOTC pattern she made online, but she keeps claiming that planning her wedding comes first. The nerve!
For ROTJ,

my seamstress said she could have followed pretty well using patterns from the store.

Re: Outer Robe Pattern
What is the main difference between ROTJ and AOTC guard robes? I am looking for a visual for a pattern, even if just a sketch to base a robe off of. Everyone I ask just sends me in circles...can ANYONE draw up a picture of the few parts to the outer robe?LuciousTalvloinne wrote:Darth Skel has a good pattern for the AOTC guard
