How Do You Store and Transport?
How Do You Store and Transport?
Given the unusual size and shape of the guard helmet, what is everyone using to safely transport it and the rest of their costume in?

Re: How Do You Store and Transport?
I used one of those smaller Husky totes for the soft goods and then a custom helmet bag for the helmet. My force pike breaks down into 2 pieces.

Re: How Do You Store and Transport?
I am using a 90 liters Stanley box.
At the bottom of the box is foam and the folded inner robe. The helmet is in a selfmade bag. My boots are upside down put in, so the helmet can't move.
The force pike is demountable to 3 pieces and is laying on the bottom.
My outer robe is in a carrier bag for dresses. For trooping I fold it two times and secure it with straps on top of the Stanley box.

Thanks for all the ideas! I did commission custom soft cases for the helmet and pike from Wally’s Custom Creations. Then I think I’ll look into into of the hard cases you all mentioned. I like the idea of keeping the outer robe in a garment bag.

I use the large husky bin. I holds everything I need, plus I can put multiple costumes in it as well.
