Screen visors

Post by MagnaPrime »

So when I did my build I was under the impression that screen/mesh visors weren't acceptable in terms of cannon. But I've seen a number of these at troops now. Before I invest in something that would let the helmet breathe I'd like to confirm this status as putting a fan in my DP is gonna be annoying.

As someone who is currently working on some screen ideas, here is what I know:

To be accepted, your costume must meet the "formal" requirements. These requirements do NOT allow a screen visor.

However, every event that you attend is considered "informal" unless otherwise stated. At these events you are allowed to wear the screen visor. Only when it is explicitly declared a "formal" event may you not wear it.

Example of a Formal Event would be one that LFL has asked us to attend for promotions as in STAR WARS IN CONCERT. Pretty much most of your troops will be informal.
