Anything else I should watch out for? We're good to go on paint then? (We're using automotive paint for a really nice gloss hotrod finish, but repainting would be costly so we have one shot at that) And how'd the flightsuit look?

Had some hiccups with the paint app, but we've finally got it done. I've also gotten a few options for fabric, re: belt cape, to sort out. Still waiting on that belt though. Planning to use velcro on the shoulders (Currently tape 
), and also velcro on the ab plate to keep it from slipping out from under the belt like it was in the picture here. Does anyone have any tips for keeping their ab plate tucked?

Some folks ahve put a circle tab in the armor and taken clasp to help keep from the ab shifting

Penultimate pre-app photos here. There was a miscommunication on the belt side and I got a belt that's unfortunately studded and hole-punched. I've contacted the seller and a replacement strap is on the way. That aside, everything is officially wearable at this point. The shoulders are a little low, but we've since gotten velcro further up to mount them higher, so that'll be better next round.

Final components were finished just in time for the con. I'll get the ultimate pre-app photos soon. Here's the first trial run of the completed suit, pike included!

We've centered up the belt (tape measured it) and taken a new round of pictures. Much better lighting this time around too. Nothing beats natural. As this is my first 501st costume (Current Mandalorian Mercs member), I'm not sure how to proceed from here given the In-Development status of the CRLs. Do I need to contact my GML to sponsor it to review in the L/GML peer review section, seeing as I do not have access to the Legion forums?
