New Shadow Guars - Leicester WIP
High folks well here we go with my Shadow Guard WIP Build.
I may not post very often as I have a costume on the go for my daughter as time allows I will add to this for my build.

Re: New Shadow Guars - Leicester WIP
Ok thought I would start with the gloves, Gauntlets.
I have a nice pair of Black Nappa Leather gloves I intend to
Cut off the back and attach A gauntlet style cuff.
I have some black Nappa leather left over from another build.
I like to make s much as I can myself and I hate waste too
I will post the progress shots as I go.
Thoughts anyone ?

Re: New Shadow Guars - Leicester WIP
Ok so last night surgery began on the gloves,
As you will see from the photos I cut the end of the glove off and made a cotton test piece
to check for size and fit before cutting into the leather.

I noted any changes on the test piece and proceeded to cut the leather

Then I stitched the outer seam and pinned the gauntlet section to the glove ready for sewing on.

Once stitched I turned the gauntlet section correct way round, happy with the result I just need to add the lining and then
Part 1 of my shadow guard bulled is done.
