here is the start on my ROTJ red guard coustume still looking for the fabric atm but i got a good deal of work done so far on my helm i when with a pepkura helm that i am going to fiberglass over

Please remember that the shoulder parts need to be extended by the pepakura build.

Mine looks like every other one keep in mind that is just the pepkura alone no fiberglass on it yet
