Need Help With My First Costuming Attempt

I am looking to join the ranks of the Royal Guard, but I have no sewing ability whatsoever. I have been able to source boots, a force pike, a helmet, and gloves. However, I have no idea how to proceed with the inner and outer robes. I was hoping that someone here might know of a place that has experience creating custom costumes. I have measurements and believe that I can acquire the proper fabrics. I just need someone to put it together. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Since we have no proper pattern for the ROTJ outer robe the best will be to search for a seamstress near you who is able to make you the robe only providing the pictures and the description.
