• once I buy the fabrics, is there someone here able to sew and give me tips on the armor and a link to buy the helmet and paint?

Try to find some active royal guards near you. They can tell you who is able to sew it for you.
When the robe is done go to some automotive painter with the robe and the helmet and let it paint in the right color.
