Mk, but did the texture look ok? This is some left over micro velvet from a different project.

What i can see in this picture i would say yes.
But dont nail me on it.
I didnt know this kind of velvet and havent seen it in nature.
Also i dont know the cost of it.
If it is only a little bit cheaper then velveteen i would prefer velveteen.

WOOO, so I was able to get my fabric for the outer robe today, got to love sales, got 4 meters of the Red velvet and 4 meters of the wine/burgundy velvet totaling 8 meters. I will keep you guys posted on the progress when more progress is done.
