Helmet Help

Post by Ikaros »

So I've been looking around the forums here and I've noticed that there are a few choices of helmets to go with. I'm looking for a helmet that will be a good size for someone my height 6'3 (191cm)

I've been looking at the Rubies one but I'm also curious of other options out there.

Any help would be very much appreciated

There are several options out there also depending on your location. Buying local cuts down on shipping cost.

I'm in British Columbia, but I do have an American PO box, any suggestions?

You can find someone at FB who is building helmets in the US.
Search for Lukannon Armory

Forgot to ask this but is the Rubies one still a good choice for a first time helmet. I was reading it would be 501st approved, is that still the case or no?

Thanks for all the help so far, can't wait to start on this.

The rubies is fine and is quite larger than the Old Don Post helmet. The visor needs to be switched out.
