You could try any of these, if they're approved. Basically 45, 46, 47 soviet are what you're looking for, what they refer to as chrome officer parade boots. There smoothed sided leather and very obvious to tell the difference from enlisted ones that are obviously very grainy. 46 would probably be best for your size, now wide gonna be hard.

Yes the bigger sizes collect a premium but there all leather, but sure there cheaper alternative out there if ya want fake leather, just thought Id share the links for people looking.

Dude, that's awesome. Thanks for finding those. Hopefully they will be approvable.
You wouldn't even need to use the power setting, would you? This thing is heavy. Wallop. That'll make their eyes water. - Fi Skirata referencing a Force Pike

Were these approved? If so, I'm buying these. That's a great awesome price.

Those look good, the only cause for concern that I could see wouldl be zipper (if there is one) placement. Zippers should be on the inside of the calf. It clearly isn't there in the picture, so if the zipper is in the back than they probably won't fly.

Buuuut, the boot is fully waterproof, which makes me think that there isn't a zipper anywhere, in which case you are good to go!

(and as an alternate, here are the boots that I have. Not as nice quality, but a little cheaper. And I can say for sure that they are approvable: http://www.medievalcollectibles.com/p-7 ... boots.aspx)

As per my post in the other boot thread. I cannot guarantee these will be approvable as they appear to be rubber boots, not leather.
