Yeah, I'm waiting on my helmet and costume from FP myself. 2 weeks down, 2+ to go.

My biggest concern is to wait all that time for my helmet and then for it to get caught in an international mailing game.

I went through FP. Great costume in the end. Only ordered the soft parts from them (helmets were a little out of my price range). It did take a little long, but keep in mind it's custom made, so that takes a little extra time. The actual mail time wasn't too bad though. Coming from Argentina wasn't bad. I had a worse issue with the helmet. I ordered it off of ebay and when I did eventually receive it in the mail it was fantastic... however the wait time from the UK to the US (Pennsylvania to be exact) was uncalled for. I'm pretty sure customs employees take it out of the box and have everyone take pictures in it. :) It took longer for the helmet to travel a lesser distance, than it did for the robes to travel a farther distance. Not sure why customs is so strict when it comes to UK packages, but not Argentina... oh well. I received it eventually, and was approved within a couple of weeks so... happy ending :)
But if you're moving it is definitely wise to hold off until you get to your new address before moving.
