Yes, that is what I meant by cutting it and adding some elastic input (something that will extend the size of upper boot - calf - when putting the boot on). The boot has the joint (where material connects) in the back so I think that is where it should be cut. But will leave that to professional. Th...

Well, I gave the belt back to the tailor to reduce its size. Received the high boots just to find out that I cannot put it on (horse riding boots are not for big legs - jockeys are not supposed to be big guys) - will have to cut it somehow and put some elastic input to be able to squeeze into it) :g...
