Time for a resculp...I need some good ideas

For modifying the Don Post helmet, adding the extras for a Crimson Empire helmet, as well as painting, padding, speakers, fans, etc.

I am looking at doing a complete resculp of this and making it lighter and a little more flexible. Give me some ideas. :shadow:
