Neckseal is a personal preference. It adds to the constancy that you see with the TK's and such.

Thank you for the advice. I will certainly take it under consideration.
I'm still curious, though, as to what it's supposed to look like. The CRL does mention a neck seal, but it doesn't describe it.

Though for a guard.... you'd probably want it the same red as your under robe...
