Looking for a source for the Blue Senate Robes, tunic, etc.

Hello, everyone -

I'm a member of the Forcepike forums, but I'm also at several other sites. I had originally asked about this at the Rebel Legion forum, but was told to come here and ask, so here goes...

I am curious if anyone knows of a source for the blue Episode III style Senate Guard robe/tunic set. (As some of the members here have displayed so well.) I may have a possible line on the outer robes (I believe SP makes them), but I'm not able to find a source that does both the robes and the inner tunic/pants.

If anyone would be kind enough to point me in the right direction, I'd be most grateful. I know of at least one commonly used seamstress/member but unfortunately she's quoting anywhere from six to eight months for other work, so I assume she'd be similarly busy with other types of projects.

If it's any assistance in the matter, I'm currently located in Southern California, US.

-M.

Tough to get answers on this site, especially for the senate guards

Wow... necromancy!! The OP is dated 2012. There aren't many resources for this costume here as it is essentially the same as the RoTS guard, just in blue.

I just cut up an old T shirt and used it as the front and back, caped it out, the "sleeves" are open and sewn half way down the bicept in the front and all the way down the back. 4 Pieces sewn together as shown in pics

I patterned the under suit the same way. cut up t shirt and an old pair of pants and modifying a sleeve I cut off a shirt

Wow this was a big help! I think I was over thinking it too much. Definitely going to use this when I do my robes!
