Costume Supercenter Royal Guard Helmet

Post by Kato »

Hey It's Tony. I'm just wondering if anyone has order the helmet from this sight. Also where does it rank in size compared with a Don Post and some of the bigger fiberglass helmets. Here's the web site on ebay: cgi.ebay.com/Collector-Edition-Star-Wars-Imperial-Guard-Helmet-/360383365963?_trksid=p5197.m7&_trkparms=algo%3DLVI%26itu%3DUCI%26otn%3D5%26po%3DLVI%26ps%3D63%26clkid%3D2018555539587379874
Don't know if this meets 501st requirements? Any info helps. Thanks.

For the price I would just go fiberglass myself. I got one and love it. Just my opinion.

I'm not sure if it is the Rubies version but looking further on the website they did say the material is 100% injection molded ABS so I know that makes it plastic not fiberglass.

Yes those are Rubies. Looks great and has alot of room if you require a bigger helmet. I ended up buying one cause I was having problems finding anything else

Looks like a slightly larger version of the old Don Post helmet (minus the tag on the back of the helmet). The only thing that "may" be of concern is the colour of the paint (assuming it's been painted and it's not just moulded plastic). In the picture it's almost looking to me to have an orange tint instead of a crimson red. I know this may be a result of the flash or the light of the room when the picture was taken, so hopefully it matches up with your outer cloak when all is said and done :trsuit:
