I found this cool wip on building your own lightsabers. I think it can be adapted to the forcelance's

Interesting. I wonder how much the total cost ends up being from start to finish? I quickly priced a few things and the tubing was about $1.5/ft and the wiring was about the same. Just as a quick pass I'd say it would end up being a lot cheaper then going a force-fx route which then drops in.
