I bought 18 yards of velvet and polyester, paid for the pattern, printed the patterns myself, paid the "professional" seamstress, gave her the instructions and the CRL, and 5 months later they are completely unusable. I went in for 4 to 5 fittings during the process and never once pressed for time. While she took all this time I bought a helmet kit, built and painted it. I tried the robes on a few weeks ago and they were 3" too short in the front and back... She added a strip and the velvet looks awful... So, I am crushed after five months and $650 with no chance of getting my money back for these unusable robes. The problem is I don't know where to get a replacement set because the vendors online aren't big enough, that's why I was having these made. I am 6'3" and my shoulders are 20" wide.

do you absolutely want the ROTS variant? Because the ROTJ variant from Imperial Boots would fit you, and it comes complete (inner, outer, sash, gloves). I'M 6'2 and 250 lbs, and I still added padding to my shoulders on my kit from them!
