Hi everyone! Fellow sith lord here, starting to study a ROTS Royal Guard costume. How do you suggest me to proceed?
Start with the robes and then the helmet to exactly match the painting?
Where should I buy the helmet? Looking for the best options. I've heard about Steve Butler and Denuo Novo version, which one do you reccomend?

Denuo Novo no longer sells royal guard helmets unfortunately. Occasionally they pop up on ebay however.
Walts Trooper Factory on Facebook makes them. I have not used one so can't vouch for the quality but have heard good things here.
You could modify a Rubies supreme helmet. I have one and don't like it much. It sits too wide on me, front to back but I have a thin build. Many others have had good luck with them. They are well made and work for people with larger heads and thicker bodies.
There are others that offer 3d printed helmets that look great and work but are prone to warping and cracking over time.
