Height of spats?

Quick question regarding the crl. I’m not sure where to cut the spat. Top of sole would be the yellow line, but the mention on the arch makes me wonder if it should be lower, on the red line

je dirais avant de couper essaie de le positionner plus haut sur le dessus de la botte ca va peut-etre mieux fiter, moi c'est se que j'ai fait, esperant ma reponse pas trop tardive et que tu as pas couper avant de tester
