Well, I ended up replacing my hard plastic visor with a 3 Layer mesh visor. Being in Florida the heat build up in my helmet was just to much with the hard plastic visor. I had to come up with something where I would have the best possible air flow and no fogging or sweat covering my visor (Big head).

They mesh is outstanding and you cant even see into the bucket unless you are looking at me from the side, straight on you get nothing, not enough from a flash.

Below I listed our pictures from past weekend event so you can have some idea of what I am speaking of. Unfortunate we couldn't get someone to take some pictures of us when we decide to go out to the side of the street and wave at people. But it was about 94 with the blazing, gentle breeze, so I could have stayed in for some time I believe.

And that is why I love fans so much.

I have fans, 2 in fact. Just isn't doing to the trick. Perhaps just bad placement or maybe the fan itself. I am using small computer based fans. Wish I had a Squirrel or 2.

Well, you could do a belt fan setup, with hoses that run under your inner robes and into the helmet. One pusher fan, one puller, in the small of the back. That way, it's not so obtrusive.
Just a thought.

I'll be doing something similar w/ my Shadow Guard. only the fans will be behind the chest plate.
