I was approved two days ago but I want to put this in here in the chance it could help someone. The robes were made by Kelly Jo Boyd of korbanth and the helmet is from korbanth. The boots and gloves are from crowprops. The pike was made by mattnelson521 of this forum and was painted by me. If you have any questions or would like a closer picture of something I will get it for you.

I put these pads in the helmet. It holds it in place so when I turn my head the helmet turns too.

Congratulations and welcome to the squall. I like the padding you used. Well done.

I took some shoulder pads and used the tape to attach them to the shoulders of an old Under Armour Heat Gear compression shirt I have. The tape withstands laundering so I can just pull off the pads, wash it, and then velcro the pads back on later. They also help eliminate some of the gap between the helmet and my shoulders so I don't have to push it all the way down on the top of my head.

Here are some more pictures of the interior of the helmet with some measurements inside. The helmet as it is pictured here weighs 2 pounds 10 ounces.

I had the helmet sanded, painted, and clear coated.

Here is the helmet with the Troopacoola system I put in today. The two tubes are attached to two fans that pull in external air which are powered by an Anker PowerCore 10000. The power supply in the helmet is also an Anker PowerCore 10000.

A work of art. That helmet is a thing of beauty. What visor did you use and where did you get it?

Thank you.

I think the visibility is very high for appearing so dark to the outside observer. However, I found it scratches very easily and since it is polycarbonate, if you bend it it will try to return to its original flat state. That's why I had to put down 3M command strips to hold it before I hot glued it. It comes with plastic film on both sides.

I try to avoid wiping it but I have found a wet microfiber towel won't leave scratches.

Looks great! I'm considering getting boots from crowprops - are you pleased with the quality/comfort level? Thanks!
