Actually i'm member on the IOC, but start a senate guard.
But a Big problem : the outer robe is like EP2 or EP3 ref robe for imperial guard ?
Sorry if repost but information is very hard to find...
Look to for the helmet so if a maker is here...

As far as soft parts. Outer robe is 4 panels but. The back and sides are sewn together, leaving the front open from elbows down. My wife made mine, my daughter and several others.
