I ended up making my own gloves and it was the easiest thing in the world. No gusseting, no individual fingers, none of that nonsense.
I found some four-way stretch knit (jersey fabric for mine) that matched my inner robes, traced my hands, and stitched it all together. Stitch it before you cut it out (so you'd be stitching two rectangles together). This method will ONLY work if you use stretch fabric, but it is easy and doesn't take long.
Boots... no idea how to get those. IB might be your best bet.
