COSPLAYSKY and Royal Guard

To Legion CO, XO and Garrison GMLS:
The Command Staff of the Sovereign Protectors after being in contact with Cosplaysky's Royal Guard Uniform have made the decision that this costume does not meet the standards put forth by the Detachment. Communication was made with them and they did not wish to update their standards.
I give you the the photos of their Costume.
The inner lining of costume is not the correct fabric. Needs to be the same gaberdine fabric as inner robes.
The obi needs to have the same consistent gaberdine fabric as the rest of the under robe.
The fabric should be a burgundy shade.
