I would like to say thanks to everyone that helped me get here! Lots of great people willing to help. Cant wait for my first troop!!

You need to use a hosting site, such as Photobucket, to post them to and then when writing a thread use the Img button just belo the thread Subject and put the URL for your photo in there.
For example in your thread you'd use it like so:

Which gives you this:
