I work a customer service job so I know lol.

So, I've asked for a refund and return, waiting to hear back.

So, he's offered to send a replacement, at this point I feel like he's dodging the idea of a refund.

If it was me I would say I will only accept the replacement on condition that if it does not work out a full refund is sent immediately and I would give a hard timeline for receiving the replacement

Check the measurements as well so it's not as tight!

After thinking over what everyone has said on here and looking at my financial situation this month, I'm going to attempt to get my money back for this, it's just been a terrible month financially for me and this would help me keep a level head, if I can't do this through email then I'm gonna fire up a PayPal claim and hope for the best.

And he's gonna send a refund, I'd say that's a hard fought victory.

Maybe check out the IB robes? Not sure how they are myself, but they don't seem the same as the CP (FP) material. They also seem to drape more.

That was my next plan of action actually. I just need to wait until tomorrow to make sure the money goes back into the card, and I need to get these robes down to Florida.
