How long should the kama be? Wide and long?

Kama Length is based on the individual's height. You need to make it go from the natural waist belt to Knee. The Kama follows the side seam of the flight suit for the sides.

How far to the knee? StartING or finishing? Also, is it true that one has to bend the kama'should fabric in half?

Measure from your natural waist to the knee. That will be the length. Folding the fabric will give it more weight and stability.

Just wear your belt. And from the middle off the belt down the knee.
So it will be long enough to be attached to the belt like most people do.
