And adjust the kama like Stephen told you.
Overall this is a very nice build shadow guard!

Quick update. I am including a link to my photobucket cloak folder. It has some modifications due to the excessive weight (weighs over 35 pounds in total).
Due to the weight we had to add a classical choker inside to help distribute the weight of the cloak. The split in the back extends to about 1 inch or so under my bucket
because when it was shorter it was too weak and began tearing itself apart. Aside from movie theater curtain material I made the mistake of buying the heaviest velvet
I could order because I was after accuracy at the time. Now due to the weight it is a freezing weather only cloak. Seriously my arctic wear USAF trenchcoat/liner was cool by comparison.
