Being one of the lenient Detachments around. There are folks who have done Velvet underrobes with the ROTS version with black boots. Comes down to how close you want to reproduce the guards from the movie.

Stephen, if this is the case then they use the exact same fabric for outer robe's inner lining and inner robe?

Regarding the black boots, it is allowed based on the CRL ya? Because i'm making a black jackboots at the moment
