The outer Looks a Little bit short.
Else i would say Looks fine.

ok i think i can extend it by 1cm, hope it'll help. Will post photos again after i alter it :)

Could be the camera angle. I say do a shot from 20 feet away and see how that pans out. Right now it has a bit of a forced perspective.

Here's an update of the outer robe. Opened the stitching and added maximum allowable length. Pics taken from a bit further as well.
