I'm starting my Royal Guard under robe this weekend. I just received my material from the online fabric store. Think I ordered a bit too much but that's ok since I am going to try to do the under robe my self. I have a seamstress who does costumes work for a theater that I want to do the robe. This is the pattern I will be using. Does anyone have any experience with using it? It looks like what is needed.
Thanks.

By the way does anyone have any experience with Distinctive Fabric. I saw the sample in another post of their red velveteen and went ahead and ordered my material for my robe from them. I've tried to contact them a couple of times and I've got an odd feeling that somthing isn't right. I'm sure the last time I called I was talking to a computer and not a real person.
Thanks
Larry

I've used Distinctive Fabrics for purchases before. Never had an issue with their fabrics or quality, and their shipping is pretty quick. Then again, I do live just south of 'em....
